Sell with Us

Rental includes a private booth to sell your items for the week (Saturday - Friday). Longer rental periods are available, too.

You set the prices, choose the discounts, and Brick & Pine Closet Collective does the rest.

We provide the location, online presence, sales personnel, credit card processing, sales tax collection, even tags and hangers, and at the end of the week, you keep 65% of your sales!

A complementary tagging kit is available for pick-up on Monday through Friday before your booth rental.

Have your items priced and tagged before Saturday to give you plenty of time to set up and shop before we open our doors to the public at 10:00 AM.

Our online platform lets you check your sales throughout the week & restock if needed.

Your booth, your style. We require at lest 60% of your booth to contain clothing, but feel free to consign new or once-loved accessories and home items. As long as it fits inside your booth space (and is family-friendly), it’s allowed.

Rent by the week, get paid by the week. Vendor payouts will occur the week after your booth rental.

You will need to pick up your leftover items on Friday evening. No worries if you can’t. We can take it down & store it for a small fee.

Reserve Your Booth at Brick & Pine Closet Collective

We’re getting ready to open our doors in mid-to-late June 2026, and we’re so excited to welcome our very first group of vendors!

If you love the thrill of thrifting but don’t have the time to list, meet up, and manage online sales—this is for you. Our consignment booth rentals give you a space to showcase your curated collection while we handle the day-to-day selling.

By booking early, you’ll secure your spot as one of our founding vendors and be part of the launch of something special in Nacogdoches.

What You’re Booking:

Important Timing Details:

  • Store opening is projected for mid to late June 2026

  • Booth setup details and move-in dates will be communicated closer to opening on social media & the website.
