Rental includes a private closet space (booth) to sell your items for the week (Saturday - Friday). If space is available, you can rent multiple weeks, but we do not reserve space for longer than 1 week, so we keep the store’s selection changing for our shoppers.

You set the prices, choose the discounts, and Brick & Pine Closet Collective does the rest.

We provide the location, online presence, sales personnel, credit card processing, sales tax collection, even tags and hangers, and at the end of the week, you keep 65% of your sales!

A complementary tagging kit is available for pick-up on Wednesday through Friday before your booth rental.

Have your items priced and tagged before Saturday to give you plenty of time to set up and shop before we open our doors to the public at 10:00 AM.

Your Closet Space, your style. We require at least 60% of your booth to contain clothing, but feel free to consign new or once-loved accessories and home items. As long as it fits inside your booth space (and is family-friendly), it’s allowed.

Rent by the week, get paid by the week. Vendor payouts will occur the week after your booth rental.

Our goal is to maintain a steady supply of vendors to keep inventory fresh, so we may occasionally ask repeat vendors to take some time off from selling at the store.

You will need to pick up your leftover items on Friday evening. No worries if you can’t. We can take it down & store it for a small fee; select take down when booking.

Let's get ready for FORMALS & HOMECOMING. For the Fall, we will allow a limited number of vendors to sign up to bring up to 3 dressy items without renting a week-long booth. The cost is $5 a week and is limited to 3 items with no restocking. Drop-off is Saturday from 8 until 9:30 am, and Pick-up is Friday from 6:15-7:30 pm. Consignment fee is 65% to the seller & 35% to Brick & Pine Closet Collective. Items not picked up or sold will be donated to the store after 1 week of storage. Sign up NOW!!
